  1. Online payment by Visa/Mastercard credit and debit cards.
  2. Payment upon receipt. Money transfer fee: 20 UAH + 2% of the money transfer amount.

DELIVERY in Ukraine

  2. Nova Poshta post office
  3. Address delivery by Nova Poshta courier
  4. Pickup

Delivery is carried out exclusively by the Nova Poshta delivery service. When receiving a parcel with cash on delivery in the amount of 5000 UAH and more, you must have your passport with you.

DELIVERY TERMS Within Ukraine: 1-3 business days depending on the distance to the destination.

SHIPPING SCHEDULE Mon-Sat: orders placed before 6 p.m. will be shipped on the same day.

TERMS OF FREE AND PAID DELIVERY

  1. Delivery of orders worth up to UAH 3,000 is paid by the recipient according to Nova Poshta rates.
  2. If the order amount is 3000 UAH or more, delivery is free of charge, subject to prepayment.
  3. Storage of parcels at Nova Poshta branches is limited to 7 days. On the 8th day of storage, the parcel is returned to the sender.
