Returns or exchanges are possible if: • no more than 14 days have passed since the date of purchase; • the product has not been used; • the product's appearance, packaging, seals, and labels are intact; • you have a receipt or proof of purchase.
⚠️ Important information about sports nutrition and dietary supplements
According to Ukrainian law, food products, dietary supplements, and sports nutrition of appropriate quality: • cannot be returned or exchanged if the packaging has been opened or damaged.
Returns are only possible in the following cases: • manufacturing defect; • damage to the product during delivery; • error in order fulfillment.
If the product arrived damaged
Please:
- check your order upon receipt;
- take a photo of the damage;
- contact us within 24 hours of receipt.
Refunds • after receiving and checking the goods; • within 3–7 business days; • using the same payment method or as agreed.
