Як приймати добавку
Змішайте одну порцію (1 мірну ложку - 6,2 г) з 250-350 мл води. Вживайте 1-2 порції на день. Одну порцію приймайте між їдою, іншу - перед сном.
У тренувальні дні приймайте одну порцію до, під час або після тренування.
